Does UPS fraud?

Does UPS fraud - with tolerance / acceptance of its guidance managers - 1. customers? (e.g. with the feed) 2. insurance? (e.g. in case of loss) 3. its workers? (e.g. with work time / wages) Please report your knowledge and experiences! You should not publish your name - you know why... Or contact those colleagues, which use espionage-secured message ways to reach us instead. On the one hand UPS managers expect perfect behavior/action/honesty, etc.. from you. On the other hand UPS managers often require impossible works and pressurize you. Although they know from the beginning that you cannot process your work correctly under their conditions. And at the end, if it does not run off smoothly , however your manager doesn't sit in the trap. The trap snatches you instead! You receive warnings or lose your job - even get extorted, because you already went through incorrectness expected/required by your manager before. We have to get against these bad practices! Your reports are very important for your personal protection, because you should not be the stupid one, if careless UPS managers try to attach their bad practices to you!
